The Perfect Petal, Denver's award-winning Top of the Town Floral Creative Team, is seeking a warm, organized, and relationship-driven Junior Sales & Event Consultant to help couples bring beautiful celebrations to life.
This role is ideal for someone with floral experience who loves connecting with people, guiding clients through creative decisions, and turning inquiries into booked events.
You may have worked as a floral designer, freelancer, studio assistant, wedding coordinator, or event professional and are ready to step into a sales-focused role while staying connected to the floral world you love.
As our Junior Sales & Event Consultant, you'll be the first point of connection for many of our smaller weddings and social events.
You'll guide clients through our offerings, help them understand budgets and possibilities, create proposals, and work closely with our design team to ensure a seamless handoff once an event is booked.
This is a relationship-driven role that blends hospitality, sales, floral knowledge, and event planning.
You'll spend your days nurturing leads, conducting consultations, building proposals, and helping clients feel excited and confident throughout the booking process.

- Conduct client consultations via phone, video, email, and in person
- Guide clients through floral options, design possibilities, and investment levels
- Create proposals and preliminary floral recommendations
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients
- Manage and maintain lead pipelines within our CRM
- Collaborate with designers to ensure accurate event handoffs
- Assist with wedding showcases, networking events, and venue relationships
- Help identify opportunities to grow bookings and client referrals
- Support social event and petite wedding sales initiatives
- Attend occasional event installations to deepen product knowledge and client experience
- Floral industry experience strongly preferred
- Wedding, event, hospitality, or luxury service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and follow-through abilities
- Comfortable discussing budgets and guiding purchasing decisions
- Ability to build genuine relationships while maintaining sales goals
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
