Position Summary
We are seeking a Client Relations Specialist with strong sales experience and a background in healthcare or behavioral health. In this role, you will act as both a trusted point of contact for families and a proactive representative of our services. Your ability to build relationships, communicate our company's value, and guide families through the intake process will be key to client engagement and retention as well as your eligibility for bonus pay based on performance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and families, addressing inquiries and clearly communicating our services and value.
- Use a consultative sales approach to help families understand the benefits of our programs and services.
- Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to support satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, follow-ups, and communications throughout the client lifecycle.
- Deliver exceptional customer service using active listening, professionalism, and empathy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions and efficient service delivery.
- Track and document client interactions, lead conversions, and follow-ups in our CRM/database system.
Qualifications
- Experience in a healthcare, ABA, or behavioral health environment is highly valued.
- Proven success in relationship-building and client retention
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual ability is a plus.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
- Sales experience is appreciated, especially in healthcare, education, or service-based industries.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, digital scheduling tools, and remote communications.
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $55,000 – $70,000 per year (based on experience)
- Bonus Pay: Performance-based incentives for client intake, retention, and satisfaction metrics
