What are the responsibilities and job description for the Expo/Salad Prep position at The Perdido Key Oyster Bar Restaurant and Marina?

We are looking for expos and salad station team members to join the Oyster Bar family. We are interested in team members that can bring positive attitudes and take pride in preparing amazing dishes for our guests as they overlook the intercoastal waterway. Team members will be responsible for keeping the kitchen and equipment properly cleaned as well as maintaining and keeping an organized station.
