Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a retail sales team specializing in HVAC and Appliance products to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Oversee inventory management, including purchasing, stock control, merchandising, and stock replenishment to ensure product availability and optimal inventory levels.
• Manage daily store operations such as cash handling, cashiering, POS (Point of Sale) systems operation, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
• Recruit, interview, train, and develop staff members to build a skilled and motivated team aligned with company goals.
• Implement employee orientation programs and ongoing training initiatives to enhance product knowledge and sales skills across the team.
• Maintain organized bookkeeping and payroll records while ensuring compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
• Utilize strong management skills to supervise shift schedules, monitor store performance metrics, and uphold operational standards for safety and customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience in HVAC and Appliance retail management with a strong background in sales team supervision within the wholesaler industry.

• Demonstrated ability in employee orientation, interviewing techniques, recruiting strategies, and training & development programs.
• Proficiency with POS systems, inventory control software, bookkeeping tools, and basic math for accurate cash handling and pricing calculations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple responsibilities such as merchandising, stocking, and operational management.
