An elite global law firm is seeking a 2nd–5th year Associate to join its Litigation Group in Chicago. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-stakes litigation and white collar matters across a broad range of industries and disputes.
The team handles complex litigation matters including securities litigation, class actions, MDLs, cyber litigation, commercial disputes, regulatory investigations and restructuring-related disputes.
Key Responsibilities
Salary Range: $235,000 – $365,000 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
- Support complex litigation and white collar matters
- Draft briefs, motions and substantive legal memoranda
- Manage discovery and pre-trial preparation activities
- Conduct legal research and case analysis
- Work closely with senior attorneys on high-profile disputes
- Assist with strategy across a wide range of litigation matters
- 2nd–5th year associate
- Litigation experience including discovery, brief writing and pre-trial preparation
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent research, writing and analytical skills
- Experience in cybersecurity or data privacy matters is a plus
- Ability to manage sophisticated matters in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills
Salary Range: $235,000 – $365,000 (DOE)
