Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on the formation, structuring, and operation of private investment funds.
- Draft and negotiate fund formation documents and related agreements.
- Assist with investor negotiations and fund governance matters.
- Counsel clients on regulatory and compliance considerations affecting investment vehicles.
- Work closely with fund sponsors and institutional investors on strategic transactions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on complex and high-value matters.
- JD required.
- Previous experience working in a law firm is required.
- 4–7 years of experience representing private equity funds, fund sponsors, or investment management clients.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Outstanding academic credentials.
- Experience at a leading law firm is highly desirable.
- Relevant in-house experience will also be considered.
- Ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters in a fast-paced environment.
