With a focus on fresh ingredients and healthful foods our client has been growing quickly to keep up with the demand for healthier options. They are looking to bring in a Sanitation Supervisor oversee the sanitization process.
What you will do in this role:
- Leading a team of Sanitation workers, providing day to day instruction and training.
- Ensuring that GMPs are being followed.
- Enforcing safety regulations and policies.
- Establishing and adjusting priorities to ensure that production schedules can be met.
- Recommending measures to improve production operations, equipment performance and quality of product.
- Maintaining time and production records and completing all housekeeping reports.
What you will bring to the role:
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing facility.
- Experience in a Sanitation/Hygiene position.
- Strong people leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of food industry best practices, lean manufacturing and/or other principles.
