JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Peer Career Assistant Intern2026-2027 UNDERGRADUATE PEER CAREER ASSISTANT INTERN
Penn State Career Services is seeking current undergraduate students of all majors enrolled for the 2026-2027 academic year to serve as Peer Career Assistant Interns beginning Fall 2026.
Interns will work a maximum of 10 hours per week in person at the Bank of America Career Services Center, earning an hourly wage starting at $12.00/hour.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Providing mock interviews (in-person and virtual) through scheduled appointments
- Offering resume and cover letter reviews during drop-in hours for University Park students
- Supporting career development workshops, courses, and student events
- Taking Professional Headshots
- Assisting with campus-wide career fairs and promoting Career Services programming
We are looking for undergraduate students (rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors) with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping fellow students achieve their career goals.
