JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Penn State Abington's Science and Engineering Division seeks an instructor in the area of Chemistry for a part-time appointment to begin Spring 2024.
Job Duties- The successful candidate will teach college level courses in either pre-general chemistry, general chemistry, or organic chemistry. Course work in general chemistry may involve laboratory instruction.
- The ideal candidate should be open to offering flexibility in course scheduling and methods of course delivery.
- Applicants must have the ability to communicate effectively with an ethnically and culturally diverse student population.
- Candidates must have completed at least a Master's degree in either chemistry or a related field.
- Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated excellence in teaching at the college level.
