JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Penn State Scranton, a member of the Penn State University Athletic Conference, is accepting applications for a Part-Time Assistant Coach in the sport ofsoftball within the Department of Athletics.
The Assistant Coach is responsible for practice preparation, player development, game day coaching, and recruiting and supervising both player personnel under the head coach. Additionally, the Assistant Coach must be well-versed in the sport of softball with previous coaching experience and knowledge of pitching preferred. Hours are primarily in-season with a requirement for recruiting in the off-season.
This position requires strict adherence to PSUAC, USCAA, and NCAA Division III rules. All applications, cover letters, and resumes must be submitted electronically. Review of applications will begin immediately and will continue until the position is filled.
