Manage Registrar systems and procedures concurrent with changes to educational and legal matters affecting student records and confidentiality.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5 years experience in a similar or related position preferred
- American Sign Language fluency (Advanced)
- Must be organized, assertive, creative and able to demonstrate initiative and responsibility
- Knowledge of Powerschool Preferred
- Experience with database systems
- Strong interpersonal skills required
Student Information Management System
- Support principals and teachers in the maintenance of teacher gradebook
- Input and maintain student schedules (homeroom, classes)
- Process diploma requests for school districts.
- Manage report cards and archive student grades
- Process requests for official transcripts
- Manage and process required state reporting
- Process confidential employee information
- Upload Act 48 credits into PERMS system
- Manage & problem solve system upload issues
- Extract Act 48 information from professional development system
- Upload or report on continuing education credits to outside agencies
- Paraeducator credentialing, track credentialing, ensure compliance, submit credentialing packets to state
- Coordinate training with internal and external training providers.
- Manage in-house learning management system, troubleshooting, approving courses, ensuring courses are closed out. Assist staff with adding new courses or registering for training in LMS.
- Keep current with annual changes in testing accommodations and timelines for state and local assessments: PSSA, PASA, MAP, Keystone.
- Distribute PA state and local testing letters to parents
- Ensure all appropriate departments have access to online assessment systems
- Coordinate with other departments and set up and manage account permissions for the designated “School Assessment Coordinators” (Teachers, Support staff and Admin)
- Support with online portals and websites:
- Scheduling & assessment administration, including distribution of Student Testing Tickets
- Work with IEP coordinator and teachers to ensure all IEP mandated assessment accommodations have been documented when registering students for online assessments
- Managing student and teacher data
- Procure and secure testing materials prior to the testing window
- Data analysis
- Provide supervision, leadership, and oversight to assigned staff as designated, supporting the overall operational effectiveness of the school
- Provide support for related services billing.
