Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective and existing clients virtually and in person
- Learn to conduct client needs assessments
- Educate clients on available protection and planning solutions
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Maintain accurate client records
- Participate in weekly training, coaching, and professional development
- Collaborate with team members to provide an excellent client experience
- Support community outreach and networking efforts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
- Customer service, hospitality, education, healthcare, retail, or sales experience is helpful but not required
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to obtain any required state licensing with company guidance
