The Penn Team, led by Damon, has been serving buyers and sellers in Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade Counties for over 19 years. Specializing in real estate in Parkland, Coral Springs, Palm Beach, Plantation, Davie, and Fort Lauderdale, the team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and ensuring successful transactions. We leverage our extensive knowledge of the South Florida real estate market to help clients find their ideal homes and achieve top dollar when selling.

Responsibilities
- Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
- Track activities and clients with PLACE Technology
