About the Position
Our Dishwashing and Prep Team plays a vital role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly. You help create exceptional culinary experiences by maintaining clean equipment, supporting cooks, keeping areas organized, and assisting with basic food preparation.
This is more than just a dishwasher role—it’s an opportunity to learn, grow, and become an essential part of a highly respected culinary team.
What You’ll Do
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- Polish stainless steel surfaces and maintain clean stations
- Assist with food preparation (basic cutting, portioning, dressings, sauces, etc.)
- Restock supplies, organize deliveries, and maintain storage areas
- Keep refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas clean and organized
- Support the culinary team during prep and service
- Contribute to a positive, efficient kitchen environment
