The Peggs Co. is seeking a results-driven Vice President of Operations to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across our eight manufacturing and distribution facilities. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), this individual will align manufacturing operations with company objectives, drive continuous improvement, and ensure scalable, cost-effective production that supports long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a cohesive manufacturing strategy that promotes efficiency, quality, and profitability.
- Lead plant operations by implementing lean methodologies, safety standards, and best-in-class practices across all sites.
- Standardize production systems and KPIs to ensure consistent output and accountability.
- Build and mentor high-performing plant leadership teams, ensuring strong talent pipelines and effective performance management.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, R&D, and Finance to support product development, innovation, and capacity planning.
- Deliver monthly operational and financial performance reports to the ELT, with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Contribute to corporate strategy and participate in executive decision-making to support revenue and market expansion goals.
- Travel: Up to 25%
Qualifications
- 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably across multiple facilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Expertise in lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at the executive level.
- Willingness to travel regularly to Peggs facilities (up to one week per month).

Pay: $170,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
