We are seeking compassionate and motivated individuals to join our team as a Behavior Technician / Registered Line Technician (RLT). In this role, you will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in a clinic setting while working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with children and want to make a meaningful difference in their lives.
Individuals with experience in childcare, daycare, preschool, education, or working with children are strongly encouraged to apply.
You will be joining a supportive team environment focused on helping children grow and succeed.
Many of our technicians previously worked in daycare, childcare centers, schools, or as paraprofessionals before joining our team.
This is a full-time position with a consistent daytime schedule.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in a clinic setting
- Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs developed by the BCBA
- Collect and record behavioral data during therapy sessions
- Complete session documentation within required timelines
- Prepare therapy materials and activities for therapy sessions
- Communicate professionally with supervisors and team members
- Maintain client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be eligible to register as a Registered Line Technician (RLT) with the Louisiana Behavior Analyst Board (LBAB)
- RBT certification may be obtained after hire (training provided)
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
