The Pediatric Place is a multidisciplinary pediatric private practice located south of Kansas City in Clinton, Missouri.

We’re looking for a BCBA who wants to be part of something special — working alongside a multidisciplinary team to help grow and strengthen our ABA program within our Autism Center.

• Has experience designing and implementing effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Can confidently manage, mentor, and support RBTs
• Values parent and caregiver education
• Enjoys collaborating across disciplines
• Thinks creatively and isn't afraid to try something new
• Wants to help develop programs based on the real-life needs of children and families
• Values treating the whole child — not just a diagnosis or behavior
