The Pediatric Place is hiring for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst Job in Clinton, MO to join our growing Autism & Neurodevelopmental Center. This hybrid opportunity is ideal for a compassionate and creative BCBA who is passionate about helping children and families thrive through individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy services.

As a BCBA, you will collaborate closely with occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, counselors, dietitians, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to create comprehensive and individualized therapy plans that support long-term success for children and families.

What You’ll Do

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at The Pediatric Place, you will oversee individualized ABA therapy programs while collaborating with therapists, families, and caregivers to help children build functional, communication, behavioral, and social skills.

You will also play an important leadership role in mentoring RBTs, supporting interdisciplinary collaboration, and helping expand innovative pediatric programming within our Autism & Neurodevelopmental Center.
