About Us

We are a high energy, dynamic pediatric practice looking for personable, friendly, and motivated LPNs (or RNs) to join our growing team!

In this role, you’ll play a key part in caring for our patients and supporting our physicians. Every day brings something new—from giving vaccines and assisting with procedures to helping parents navigate care with warmth and professionalism.

What you’ll do:

  • Support families with education, reassurance, and competent advice
  • Triage patient concerns over the phone and schedule sick visits
  • Process referrals and obtain prior authorizations
  • Partner with providers during patient visits and procedures
  • Provide vaccines and assist with in-office treatments
  • Help ensure our office runs smoothly in a fast-paced, team-focused environment

Job Requirements

  • Current state of Georgia LPN license, or RN license, CPR license

  • Tech-savvy: Experience with E.H.R. systems preferred, but will train (Allscripts a plus)

Shift Requirements

· Monday-Friday 7:15am-4:15pm, 8am-5pm, 8:30am-5:30pm

· Saturday 8am-11am (rotating)

· Rotating Shifts Sick, Triage, Procedure, Referrals

· On-Call Rotating based on number of LPN’s after training is completed

Benefits:

Base Wages On-Call Pay

  • Base wages are commensurate with experience
  • On-call pay is based on M-F, Weekends, and Holidays

Vacation

  • 20 hours after six months of employment
  • 40 hours at 1st anniversary
  • 80 hours at 2nd anniversary
