Essential Functions and Basic Duties:
- Answering incoming calls and assist clients with needs
- Make outbound calls to follow up on any questions
- Obtain good knowledge of Lynn Peavey products.
- Answer questions via phone and/or email
- Exercise outstanding people skills when dealing with escalating customer issues.
- Maintain filing system
- Manage special orders to ensure that they do not fall between the cracks. This may mean working with materials management and/or shipping.
- Data Entry
- Provide quotes to customers
- Assist with various other duties as assigned
Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Salary : $35,000 - $60,000
