Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their experience.
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while balancing registers at shift end.
- Monitor guest behavior in nightclubs or banquet settings to ensure safety and compliance with alcohol service regulations.
- Assist in catering events or banquets by serving beverages promptly and managing multiple tables or stations seamlessly.
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is required, preferably within a hospitality environment that emphasizes customer service excellence.
- Experience working in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is essential for efficient order processing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high standards of service.
- Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations is necessary.
- Experience in retail math or basic math skills are important for accurate cash handling and sales tracking.
