We are seeking an Assistant Superintendent to join our maintenance team. The Assistant Superintendent will work closely with the Superintendent to oversee and manage all aspects of course maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, knowledge of turf maintenance, and willingness to learn
```Responsibilities```
- Assist the Superintendent in planning, organizing, and coordinating daily maintenance.
- Supervise and manage renovation projects
- Assist Superintendent in irrigation projects and repairs.
- Collaborate with Superintendent to address any issues or concerns with course conditions
- Obtain KY pesticide license with in 60 days of hiring.
```Requirements```
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in turf or a related industry.(Preferred but not required)
- Willing to work weekends
- Experience with Irrigation(Preferred but not required.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
