Responsibilities
- Set-up work station before diner opens
- Make sure dishes presentable and with proper garnish
- Maintain plates and silverware
- Maintain communication with waiting staff and the Kitchen staff
- Make sure that all equipment is clean
- Re-stock work station
- Always be polite and professional
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by manager.
- The employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear
- The employee is frequently required to stand and walk
- Requires moderate physical efforts: standing, carrying, bending, stretching, stooping, pulling and pushing, lifting of weights up to 50 pounds.
