Responsibilities:
- Greet every customer with a smile and friendly attitude
- Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) accurately and quickly
- Prep, bake, and follow recipes to our quality standards
- Prepare dine-in, to-go, online, and delivery orders correctly and efficiently
- Answer menu questions and assist customers with confidence
- Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and management
- Support catering orders and occasional off-site events
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized workspace (kitchen, dining, restrooms)
- Able to bend, carry, and lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds, and stand for extended periods of time
- Work any position as needed, multitask, and help the team succeed
- Show up on time and be ready to work
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and reliability
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions/recipes
- Able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Must be able to stand and be away from your phone for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of the restaurant environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Basic math and food safety knowledge
- Prior kitchen/baking experience
- Food Handler Certificate is required

Positions available: Team Member
Hours: Part-time, days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Shifts span in varying increments between the operating hours of 11am to 11pm.
Pay: $12.00-14.00/per hour, plus tips
License/Certifications:
- Food Handler/Food Manager Certification
