What are the responsibilities and job description for the Peach Cobbler Factory Team Member position at The Peach Cobbler Factory?
We own two Peach Cobbler Factory stores - one in Hyde Park to the left of Penn Station (3646 Edwards Road) and one in Anderson Town Center to the left of Kroger (7578 Beechmont Ave). Ideally, we are looking for employees who can work at both stores.

Job Summary:
- Greet guests with a smile and positive attitude
- Quickly and accurately take customer orders and payment through the POS
- Take phone orders or catering orders
- Prepare online orders, to go orders, and delivery orders accurately
- Give our completed orders to guests with enthusiasm
- Prepare food to our high-quality standards and maintain a clean and sanitary workspace
- Follow provided recipes and uphold The Peach Cobbler Factory Standards to create eye-catching desserts
- Ensure proper sanitation practices
- Lobby maintenance and general cleaning in order to maintain a spotless and sanitary store
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Compensation:
- Expected pay starting at $12/hour (plus tips) but depends on prior work experience
- Opportunity for bonuses
- Also looking for experienced hospitality/food workers at a potentially higher starting hourly wage
- Biweekly pay
Hours:
- Flexible part-time job, suitable for teachers, nurses, moms, retirees and others looking to work a limited number of hours per week
- Shifts span in varying increments between the operating hours of 12pm to 12am daily
- Must be willing to work weekends and some holidays
