Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager, located in Detroit, MI. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff schedules, ensure excellent customer service, and assist in inventory management. Additional responsibilities include training new employees, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and handling customer inquiries and complaints effectively. The Assistant Manager will also support marketing efforts and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
