About the Position:
This full-time position will involve designing and implementing educational programs, supervising staff, and fostering positive relationships with parents and colleagues.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement daily routines, including lesson plans, activities, and snacks.
- Supervise Aftercare staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and academic progress.
- Collaborate with daytime teachers to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience working in a preschool classroom (ages 3-6)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $17.00 - $19.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
