Currently being led by the founders and the next generation of the family, the Group spans ~1500 employees in 5 geographic locations around the world, focused on omnichannel distribution and fulfillment for the beauty category. Multiple subsidiaries with a distinct leadership, business direction, and separate financial structure.
Role Summary:
Were looking for a sharp, resourceful Operations Associate whos ready to roll up their sleeves and make things happen. Youll be at the heart of our daily operations, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams, supporting our sales and warehouse teams, and helping us refine and improve how we do business.

This is an in-person position based in Ronkonkoma, NY.
Working hours are 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
What Youll Be Doing:

Keep operations running smoothly by supporting inventory, order management, and internal communications

Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure orders are processed, packed, and delivered on time

Own your accountsmonitor timelines, solve problems, and follow up to meet deadlines

Respond to client emails with professionalism and attention to detail

Document and improve internal procedures, contributing to our knowledge platform

Spot inefficiencies and suggest smarter ways of working

Stay organized, take initiative, and help drive daily success across the business
What You Bring to the Table:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Strong communication skillswritten, verbal, and across teams

Confident with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new tech

Reliable transportation to our Melville office

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business (or similar) preferred
