Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations/Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience through effective sales techniques and operational support. This position requires a strong understanding of retail operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and support throughout their shopping experience.
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products and services that meet customer needs.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and assist in inventory management to ensure product availability.
- Ensure team is set up for success with appropriate stock levels on the salesfloor.
- Perform retail math calculations to assist with pricing, discounts, and promotions effectively.
- Operate cash handling processes efficiently, including cash register operations and transaction processing.
- to educate customers about features and benefits, enhancing their purchasing decisions.
- Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions, returns, and exchanges while ensuring data accuracy.
- Exhibit strong phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries or concerns over the phone.

Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong upselling skills with a proven ability to sell products effectively.

- Basic knowledge of retail math concepts for pricing and inventory management.
