About The Role
We’re looking for a motivated sales associate to join our wholesale team. This role is focused on making outbound calls every day to new and existing clients, offering our beauty products, and helping grow our sales. You should be comfortable on the phone, good at follow-up, and enjoy talking to customers.

About The Role

What You’ll Do
- Make daily cold calls to potential new customers
- Follow up with leads and existing clients regularly
- Help clients choose the right beauty products for their business
- Work closely with our sales and marketing teams
- Keep records of calls and updates in our system
- Meet weekly and monthly sales goals
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation
- Strong communication skills and confidence making calls
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Organized and reliable
- Basic computer skills (email, Excel, CRM tools)
