We’re looking for a Brand Manager with proven experience in account management, client services, inventory planning, project coordination, and cross-functional leadership. You’ll drive the success of our distributed brands by leading strategic initiatives, building client relationships, and managing internal operations across departments. This role is ideal for someone with a background in beauty, wellness, fashion, or CPG and who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities Include
Salary commensurate upon experience ($68,500 to $85,000.00)

You’ll drive the success of our distributed brands by leading strategic initiatives, building client relationships, and managing internal operations across departments. This role is ideal for someone with a background in beauty, wellness, fashion, or CPG and who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities Include
- Lead client onboarding, account setup, and Scope of Work briefings
- Manage and nurture client relationships, serving as the main point of contact
- Coordinate internally across teams (Sales, Logistics, Marketing, Creative, and Finance)
- Oversee regular deliverables: inventory analysis, purchase orders (POs), logistics tracking, KPI reporting, and budget reviews
- Collaborate with Sales teams to identify overstock and understock inventory and recommend strategic promotions across brick-and-mortar retail and digital e-commerce platforms
- Participate in weekly/monthly client calls, meetings, and performance reviews
- Monitor logistics workflows and inventory timelines, ensuring real-time status updates and fulfillment alignment
- Analyze data using Excel/Google Sheets to inform forecasts, performance insights, and monthly sales reports
- Lead the use of project management software (Asana, Monday.com, etc.) to organize timelines, deliverables, and team responsibilities
- Contribute to special projects and portfolio expansion initiatives as directed by senior leadership
- 3–5 years in brand management, account management, or client success
- Background in beauty, wellness, personal care, cosmetics, skincare, fashion, or CPG (preferred)
- Highly organized with strong communication and leadership skills
- Analytical mindset; advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Google Suite
- Experience with Slack, inventory systems, and project management tools
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple accounts or projects
- Comfortable in fast-paced, rapidly growing organizations
- Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver
- Strong understanding of retail, e-commerce, and DTC distribution models
