This is a great opportunity to join the nursing leadership team with a fast paced, sub-acute and long-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing care provider.
The Night Nurse Supervisor RN Acts as the extension of the Director of Nursing from 11p.m.-7 a.m. and every other weekend. This position is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating the care provided to all residents on their assigned shift. Performs job related expectations as outlined in the RN job description and in addition accepts additional responsibilities related to facility staffing needs, reporting of incidents/accidents and unusual occurrences to management and ensuring that all policies and practices are followed as directed. Participates in leadership meetings with the nursing management team and acts as a problem-solver as the need arises.

- Week day shift differential: Nights $5.00 per hour
- Weekend shift differential: Nights $7.00 per hour
- Night Nurse Supervisor shift differential: $5.00 per hour
