We are seeking highly motivated and qualified Night Shift Nurse Supervisor, 11pm-7am, to join our nursing leadership team.
This is a great opportunity to join an experienced, stable nursing management and leadership team in our award winning, deficiency free skilled nursing facility.
The Night Shift Nurse Supervisor acts as the extension of the Director of Nursing from 11p.m.-7 a.m. This position is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating the care provided to all residents. In this position, you will perform the job-related expectations as outlined in the Night Shift Nursing Supervisor job description including assisting with staff coverage for nights as needed, reporting of incidents/accidents and unusual occurrences to management and ensuring policies and practices are followed as directed. Participate in leadership meetings with the nursing management team and acts as a problem-solver as the need arises.
This position qualifies for the weekday and weekend night shift differential as well as an additional $5.00/hour position specific Night Shift Nurse Supervisor differential. In total, the differential for this role is between $10.00 (weekday) and $12.00 (weekend).
