The Rehab Department provides skilled therapy services in the center consistent with professional standards and policies. Some of the essential job functions are:

Works under the direction of a licensed an Occupational Therapist to:

• Follow the therapy plan of care established by the Occupational Therapist with the overall plan of care to include goals and discharge planning.
• Completes all documentation required in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Completes all billing on the date of the provided treatment.
• Documents observations, patient’s response to treatment.
• Communicate and coordinate patient care with team.
  
  
  

Education: Graduate of an Occupational Assistant program.

Qualifications: Licensed as a COTA

• $3.00 weekend shift differential per hour
