Works under the direction of a licensed an Occupational Therapist to:
- Follow the therapy plan of care established by the Occupational Therapist with the overall plan of care to include goals and discharge planning.
- Completes all documentation required in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Completes all billing on the date of the provided treatment.
- Documents observations, patient’s response to treatment.
- Communicate and coordinate patient care with team.
Qualifications: Licensed as a COTA
