The Pavilion Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (C.N.A./CNA), 7-3 24 hrs and 11-7 24 hrs
Sign on bonus, prorated -$2,000.00
We are looking for compassionate individuals who can provide care to residents as directed by the licensed nurses and as outlined in the plan of care.

- Assist residents with activities of daily living such as eating, bathing, dressing and bed mobility.
- Provide assistance to residents who are dependent and need your special care.
- Communicates with nurses and keep them informed about the residents.
- Document information about the residents in areas such as weights, vital signs, food and fluid intake, ADL flow sheets.
