State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record residents’ vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team
- Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and repositioning residents
- Assist with feeding and ensure residents’ comfort during mealtime
- Help residents with toileting and incontinence care
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents
- Work collaboratively with the nursing and healthcare team to provide excellent care
State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Qualifications:
- Active STNA certification in Ohio
- Previous experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting preferred
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
