At Enter Facility Name, we're dedicated to helping our residents live their highest quality of life. As a COTA on our therapy team, you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting functional independence, enhancing mobility, and making meaningful improvements in the lives of older adults.

What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate, resident-focused occupational therapy services under the direction of a licensed OT
• Assist with treatment plans that improve daily living skills, strength, and safety
• Document progress accurately and timely within regulatory and facility requirements
• Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team (OT, PT, nursing, activities, social services, etc.)
• Foster motivation, engagement, and encouragement during resident sessions
• Promote a positive, supportive environment for residents and families
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
• Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Experience in long-term care/skilled nursing preferred but not required
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
• Passion for working with older adults and helping them thrive
