Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to meet individual needs.Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by healthcare providers.Monitor and interpret patient vital signs, health status, and response to treatment.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide patient-centered care.Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records, ensuring confidentiality.Ensure compliance with medical protocols, safety measures, and regulatory requirements.Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and self-care.Provide emotional support and advocate for patients' rights and preferences.Supervise and delegate tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as needed.Participate in continuous professional development and stay current with medical advancements.Now Hiring : Registered Nurse (RN)
Registered Nurse Qualifications :
