Responsibilities Registered Nurse:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
- Monitor and interpret patient vital signs and health status.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members and provide patient education.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs, nursing assistants, and other support staff.
- Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
- Ensure compliance with medical protocols, safety measures, and regulations.
Qualifications Registered Nurse:
- Licensed RN in the state of Florida
- Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred
