Role Overview
We are hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO to scale our operational playbook across the platform. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, thinks like an operator, and executes like a founder. You will act as a strategic right hand to the CEO, driving mission-critical initiatives and helping ensure the organization runs smoothly and efficiently through rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO on operations, M&A, integration, and investor communications
• Build systems, processes, and SOPs across finance, marketing, HR, and field operations
• Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives and drive accountability through structured project management
• Manage the operating cadence: leadership meetings, dashboards, OKRs, and KPI tracking
• Support acquisition diligence, post-merger integration, and onboarding of new portfolio companies
• Develop tools and reporting frameworks that improve visibility and execution across departments
• Identify operational gaps and lead special projects to solve them quickly and effectively

What We’re Looking For
• 3–7 years of experience in operations, consulting, venture-backed startups, or PE-backed businesses
• Track record of leading and executing cross-functional projects with high autonomy
• Strong systems thinker with the ability to bring clarity and order to complex challenges
• Highly organized, decisive, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives in a fast-changing environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and drive alignment across teams
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong bias for action
