Type of work to include all aspects of Landscape Nursery Operations:
- Landscape plant growing and care
- Tree, shrub, and flower inventory, maintenance, purchasing and procurement
- Loading and local delivery of plants and materials to jobsites
- Plant healthcare including watering, fertilizing, disease/pest ID and management
- Planting, growing and holding of flowers, shrubs and trees
- Trimming and pruning
- Mulching
- General Nursery facility property care and maintenance
- Operating all basic landscaping hand tools and power equipment
- Other general duties
- To be considered for this position, the candidate must:
- Be willing to learn and grow as well as lead and teach
- Able to work day shift 8-10 hours per day, 5-6 days per week
- Pass a pre-employment background and driving record check
- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work
