Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The Nursing Assistant will provide direct patient care under the supervision of the nurses. Shifts are 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM and 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM.
Duties
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Take and record vital signs
- Help patients with mobility and transfers
- Keep patient rooms clean and organized
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Follow all protocols and procedures to ensure patient safety
Skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Familiarity with electronic health record system of Point Click Care is helpful
- Experience in home care or long-term care settings
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Experience in memory care setting is a plus
