This is a full-time on-site role for an Elementary School Teacher, located in Indianapolis, IN. The teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering effective lessons, developing curriculum aligned to educational standards, assessing student performance, and fostering a culture of respect and enthusiasm for learning. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with colleagues, communicating with parents or guardians, and participating in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices.
- Expertise in Teaching, Elementary Education, and Curriculum Development
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to create educational experiences that are engaging, inclusive, and culturally responsive
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; valid teaching certification required
- Experience in or trained knowledge of student-centered and differentiated instruction is advantageous
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering academic growth and supporting the social-emotional development of students
