The Pasta House Co. is looking for Server, Busser, and Carryout candidates that make us say: "Holy Cannoli"!
Server: As a Server, you are the face of The Pasta House Co. We refer to our Servers as our Sales Team, and we will train you to not only sell our famous dishes, but also the Pasta House Co. experience. Our guests enter our restaurants with high expectations, and we will teach you how to exceed them. Pasta House Servers will be able to:
- Provide our dine-in guests an exceptional experience.
- Answer customers' questions regarding our menu and specials.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Work as one member of the front of house team.
Through our Suggestive Sales program, we help all our Servers maximize their take-home earnings every day.
Busser: A busser's job at The Pasta House Co. is very important. We pride ourselves in providing the best service possible and we need a clean restaurant to do that. As a Pasta House Busser, we will train you to:
- Clean and reset tables for our guests.
- Maintain our high standards of restaurant cleanliness and sanitization.
- Be an active member of the Sales Staff by assisting servers at their tables.
Carryout Employee: Carryout/curbside dining has never been as important to The Pasta House Co. as it now, and we need you to help provide our curbside/delivery customers with an excellent experience on par with customers dining in. As a Carryout Team Member, we will train you to:
- Take and fulfill phone orders and online orders, maintaining an outstanding level of accuracy.
- Greet guests, giving them a great first impression of The Pasta House Co.
- Bag orders and bring them to guests' vehicles.
- If you advance to Cashier: maintain an accurate cash drawer.
Carryout employees earn tips plus an hourly wage.
