As a Busser at The Pasta House Co., you keep the dining room moving — clearing and resetting tables fast, supporting servers, and making sure every guest sits down to a clean, ready table. A great first step with a clear path to grow.
A day in the role
When a four-top gets up, you've got their table cleared, wiped, and reset before the host walks the next guests over. You're moving the whole shift, and the servers notice the bussers who never let them fall behind — that's how you move up.
What you’ll do
- Clear and reset tables promptly between guests
- Keep the dining room, service stations, and floors clean
- Refill water and assist servers during the rush
- Help run food to tables when needed
- Restock supplies and roll silverware
What we’re looking for
- A strong work ethic and sense of urgencyrequired
- Able to stay on your feet and move quickly during a rushrequired

- Availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- No experience required — we'll train you
