Senior Real Estate Counsel – Commercial Real Estate Finance (Atlanta, GA) – Our client, a leading global law firm widely recognized as one of the top places to work, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Counsel to join its Atlanta office.
Candidates should have 7 years of experience leading commercial real estate finance transactions, including managing real estate diligence matters as well as drafting and negotiating complex loan documents and other real estate financing agreements. Excellent academic credentials and strong verbal, writing and interpersonal skills are required. Relocation candidates with the requisite experience are encouraged to apply.
