Role Description
This is a starting part-time on-site role for a Line Cook/Sous Chef position located in Jonesboro, AR. The Line Cook/Sous Chef will be responsible for prep and maintaining the line according to the restaurant's specifications, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and assisting with inventory management. Daily tasks include food preparation, cooking, assembly and plating dishes, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards. The role also involves collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure quality and consistency of dishes.
This position for the right applicant could grow into a full-time position.

Qualifications
- Experience in food preparation, cooking, and plating dishes
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with other kitchen staff
- A deep culinary appreciation and desire to be the best at whatever the task is.
- Experience in inventory management is a plus
- Culinary school diploma or at least 3yrs kitchen equivalent experience preferred
