POSITION SUMMARY
We’re hiring an Operations & Client Service Associate to support the day-to-day execution of our growing firm. This role combines operational workflow management with client service support to help ensure a smooth, organized, and high-touch client experience. You’ll work closely with advisors, relationship managers, and operations leadership to coordinate on-boarding, account maintenance, transfers, client requests, and workflow follow-through. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable balancing operational responsibilities with client communication in a fast-paced environment. Over time, this role may expand into broader client service, planning support, or operational leadership opportunities as the firm continues to grow.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 2–5 years of experience in wealth management, financial services, banking, or a related field preferred
- Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships with a service-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple workflows and deadlines effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, technology, or related field preferred
- Series 65 license a plus
COMPENSATION &BENEFITS
- Base Salary: Starting at $70,000, commensurate with experience
- Bonus: Eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations &Workflow Execution
- Execute client onboarding, transfers, workflows accurately and efficiently
- Track and follow upon outstanding items with clients, custodians, and team members
- Ensure workflows are completed within established timelines and firm standards
- Prepare and process operational paperwork and documentation
- Support ongoing process improvement and workflow consistency
Client Service Support
- Support advisors and relationship managers with client service requests and follow-up
- Assist in preparing for client meetings and ongoing service needs
- Provide timely, professional communication to clients and internal team members
- Ensure a smooth and organized client experience throughout onboarding and service
- Build familiarity with client relationships and firm service standards
CRM & Data Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and account records within the CRM
- Ensure workflows, activities, notes, and documentation are properly recorded
- Monitor data quality and identify missing or inconsistent information
- Follow established data and documentation standards
- Support reporting, tracking, and operational organization within firm systems
