The Parnell Insurance Agency is seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience. This position involves handling a variety of customer service tasks both in person and over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
Greet and assist walk-in clients with inquiries, payments, and policy questions
Accept and process insurance payments accurately and efficiently
Process policy changes, including updates to coverage, contact information, and billing
Provide support to agents and team members with various service-related tasks
Maintain accurate client records and documentation in our management system
Follow up with clients on outstanding documents or requests
Assist with general office duties as needed, including filing, data entry, and organizing client information
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred, but not required (insurance experience a plus)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor
