High-End Craft Bartender/Mixologist

We’re not looking for a “bartender.”

We’re building a serious cocktail program—and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in the craft, understands balance and technique, and wants to create something memorable behind the bar.

What This Role Actually Is

• Partner with our GM (our Cocktail curator) to execute and, over time, help develop a high-end cocktail menu (classics original builds)
• Work with premium spirits, fresh ingredients, and proper technique
• Deliver a guest experience—not just drinks
• Maintain speed without sacrificing quality
• Collaborate with GM on seasonal menu changes and creative direction

What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiables)

• Strong knowledge of:
• Classic cocktails (and why they work)
• Spirit categories, amari, liqueurs, modifiers
• Balance (acid/sugar/bitterness/alcohol)
• Ability to:
• Mix with consistency and follow specific recipes
• Build cocktails cleanly, efficiently, and with intention
• Ability to curate Dealer's choices
• Awareness of current cocktail trends and techniques
